Plans, organizes, and directs all activities of the Authority’s fixed base operation. The position carries full operational accountability for line and customer service, general aviation and commercial into-plane fueling, fuel quality assurance, ramp and hangar management, staff supervision, safety and regulatory compliance, and the financial performance of the FBO. Exercises independent judgment in day-to-day operations.
